ABOUT ME ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Class of 1999 and served as an Infantry officer with the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum, New York.

Upon completion of my military service, I transitioned into the civilian sector and have twenty years of manufacturing operations experience, including materials and planning. I am Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified (GE) and also Scrum Master certified (Scrum Alliance).

I held various leadership roles in corporate America from Supervisor, Operations Leader, Materials Leader and Director. I led teams in Honeywell Aerospace, GE (Aviation, Renewable Energy and Power), and Frito-Lay with span of controls ranging from twelve to one hundred plus team members and leaders as direct reports.

Leadership development and coaching is one of my true passions. Seeing people grow their leadership potential and provide better lives for themselves and their families is one way I can contribute to others. It is also a way to honor those leaders who shared their knowledge, time, and patience to help me become the leader I am today.
